Musician’s life isn’t easy. And today it is even a bit more complex with all the daily advances in digital matters. There are many aspects that the musician must know (or have a good team behind) to be able to prosper in this environment.
Aware of the difficulty of knowing all the issues that matter in the music industry, EmuBands decided to create the EmuBands Masterclasses a few months ago.
In these sessions, EmuBands offers its artists and labels Masterclasses taught by industry professionals in which the most fundamental topics that the independent artist or label must know are discussed.
The first three Masterclasses have counted with Dani Ribas, director of Sonar Cultural Consultoria (Brazil); Angélica Castillo, cultural manager and specialist in project management; and Mónica Zuluaga, Artbogada.
The titles of their Masterclasses have been, respectively (and translated): “Between Supply and Demand in Music”, “Emerging Artists and Music Festivals” and “The World of Law in the Music Industry”.

The Masterclass is titled (translated) “Digital Marketing: How to connect your music with your audience”, and in it our Founder (Álvaro Rebollo Ena) will explain what are the digital possibilities available to artists to bring their music to their audience. Both with social networks and their advertising campaigns, as well as with their own media such as websites and mailing lists. In addition, he will also consider platforms such as YouTube and Spotify, in which many actions can be launched.
All in a very practical Masterclass, and oriented so that the assistants leave it with tools and ideas to improve their presence and results in the digital environment.
